The e-shop.gr loyalty experience needed to make rewards feel immediate and understandable across points, status levels, missions and redemption.
A dense set of account tools had to remain useful at a glance while giving customers a clear reason to return, participate and progress.
Our Strategy
I shaped the interface around visible progress and next actions, turning loyalty data into a focused dashboard with a simple, motivating hierarchy.
Status, available points, reward distance and missions are presented as connected parts of one journey, supported by direct routes to redemption, orders and profile activity.
