About Career needed to explain a broad set of guidance services without overwhelming students, parents or professionals arriving with very different needs.
The existing experience needed stronger hierarchy, clearer paths into each service and a visual language that could feel credible without becoming formal or distant.
Our Strategy
I reorganised the content around user intent, created a flexible interface system and connected the brand’s supportive tone to a more focused responsive journey.
Design and development progressed together so navigation, typography, calls to action and interaction remained consistent from the first page structure through launch.
